About us

HR Advice, Employment Contracts, Handbooks and Policies

Jam HR was founded by Jenny Brewer and provides flexible, affordable and bespoke HR advice, support and solutions for small to medium businesses, helping them grow and thrive by attracting, developing and retaining the best people.
We provide outsourced HR to a range of Clients in a variety of sectors, including: Agriculture; Financial Services; Distribution; Transport; Retail; Manufacturing; Design. As an independent consultancy, our core business provides employment advice on employee issues; and the writing of employment contracts, handbooks and policies.
Jenny is a graduate of both the University of Kent and University of Wales, obtaining a 2:1 in French and an MBA. Jenny is MCIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development); and is a Saville & Holdsworth psychometric testing and Hay evaluation techniques practitioner. She has over 25 years HR generalist, talent acquisition and management experience both at a strategic and operational level within blue-chip companies across a variety of industry sectors.

 

Jam Training

As well as our HR core offering, we also have our Jam Training Division. We offer a suite of Line Manager training courses from 121 coaching, 2 hour bite size essentials sessions, to full day and longer - term training programmes. Our courses include:
